Flat-Turn belt curves are problem solvers when handling oversized or bulky products that will hang over the belt. Applications include furniture production, appliance manufacturing, and automotive assembly lines, plus bulk mail and parcel and package Systems.

A unique Square-Turn design, this conveyor has a 10 foot width and operates at speeds up to 350 FPM (feet per minute) conveying large insulation batts.

FLOW-TURN Square-Turn curves can be built for unique angles and all practical widths and radii.

Multiple Flow-Merge FMSB units operating as spur (diverge) conveyors in a frozen pizza packaging facility. Strip belts are made from food-grade belting with stainless steel lacing. At the end of the FMSB conveyor, the pizza boxes are aligned and picked up by a robot with suction cups and loaded into a carton.
