Product Portfolio
Welcome to our digital product catalogue, where innovation meets excellence. Explore our wide range of products designed to streamline your operations and enhance your productivity. Each Flow-Turn conveyor is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Square-Turn
Square-Turn belt curves are our best sellers and a de-facto standard for many industries, due to the many benefits the design with cylindrical end rolls offers. Square-Turn curves can easily be integrated into conveyor systems for parcel handling, airports, e-commerce, and many other applications.
Flow-merge fmsb
The FMSB merge conveyors utilize a series of strip belts (“SB”) to create a triangular transition with another conveyor. Angles can be as low as 20 degrees for high-speed merge or spur applications, e.g. for postal or e-commerce applications.
Spiral-Tower
Spiral-Towers combine multiple Spiral-Turns to allow very high elevation changes and continued, high-speed product flow. Applications include postal bulk flow applications and distribution centers with large product mixes and/or heavy and large items.
SLBP Merge Table
SLBP merge tables are very wide SLB conveyors used in Mega Merge applications, merging multiple product lanes into one output lane. SLBP merge tables can be equipped with either fixed diverters or powered diverter belts.
Flat-turn
A unique power curve design engineered for applications that benefit from an obstruction-free belt curve surface or that do not allow the use of a chain requiring lubrication. This curve design is a great solution for large and bulky products that might hang over the side of the curve.
Chain-Turn
The Chain-Turn curve design with tapered pulleys is the original North American robust and reliable power belt curve design, with a chain driving the belt on the outside radius. It is being replaced by Square-Turn curves but we still offer Chain-Turn curves for legacy applications
Spiral-Turn
These helix conveyors use the Square-Turn design principle but are designed to either incline or decline. They are problem solvers when it comes to making elevation changes on a small footprint, e.g. in airports or in distribution and fulfillment centers.
Flow-lift
Flow-Lifts are continuous vertical conveyors (CVC) designed to transport unit items like packages and totes between two floor levels. These conveyors take up less space than spiral or inclined conveyors and keep the product horizontal.
SLB Straight conveyor
The SLB design is based on the Square-Turn design and utilizes the same end rolls parts. The chain-driven belt is well suitable for side loading applications and does not have tracking problems that regular short belt conveyors are known for, making SLB conveyors a great solution for gapping, indexing and product queuing applications.
Flow-merge fmfw
The full width (“FW”) belt of this merge is folded around an angled knife roller, thus creating a 45- or 30-degree triangular transition arrangement with another conveyor. This design is well suitable for package & parcel as well as airport baggage handling systems.
Zone-Turn
Zone-Turn curves are belted curves with 24 VDC or 48 VDC drives, utilizing the Square-Turn design with 2” diameter end rolls. The low voltage design is perfect for MDR systems and for Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) conveyor lines.
Knife roll-turn
This design is the perfect knife edge belt solution for applications requiring a narrow gap between up and down-stream conveyors. It’s able to safely and reliably move even the smallest of items.
SKR Conveyor
The SKR (Straight Knife Roll) conveyors are designed for narrow gaps between up and down-stream conveyors to transport a tremendously large variety of items safely and reliably. For gapper applications, multiple short SKR conveyors are often combined into banks of three, six or more consecutive conveyors.
